Ingredients

  • Water mixer 720 ml (24 oz)
  • Sugar syrup null (7 oz)
  • Cloves 12 cloves
  • Cinnamon Sticks 2 sticks
  • Lemon Peel garnish 1 peel
  • Red Wine spirit 750 ml (25.4 oz)
  • Brandy spirit 60 ml (2 oz)

How to Make a Mulled Wine

Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Add wine heat to a "coffee temperature" (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.
